If you have questions about the programs and services provided by the Brainerd Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), please contact us by phone, e-mail, fax, or stop by our office Monday through Thursday, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. At any time, you can leave rent checks, applications, or other information in our drop box, located outside the front entrance to our office, near the front door. If you have general questions about affordable housing in the Brainerd Lakes Area, please let us know and we will try and assist you.

The front entrance of the Brainerd HRA is under repair to make it accessible for persons with disabilities. Please use the side (south) entrance. There is a drop box located near the front entrance for your convenience.
